Our LEGACY

The Benevolence School was founded on a simple conviction: that a girl's education should refine her intellect, her character, and her voice in equal measure. Established under the aegis of the B C Das Memorial Educational Trust, the school was built to bring a standard of academic rigor and personal mentorship to Coochbehar that families would once have had to travel far to find.

From our roots in Tenganmari, Coochbehar, we have grown with a single purpose — to cultivate young women who carry both grace and greatness into every room they enter.

Dr. Das brings over 20 years of teaching experience and a doctorate of her own to her role as Chairperson and Academic Director of The Benevolence School. Her leadership shapes the academic vision and day-to-day character of the institution, ensuring that every student is guided with both scholarly rigor and personal attention.

Dr. Sajal Srivastava
Founder & Administrator

Dr. Srivastava brings 21 years of teaching experience and a doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences to his role as Founder of The Benevolence School. His academic record includes 39 Scopus-indexed publications, editorial board memberships, and years of doctoral supervision — a scholarly foundation he has channeled into building an institution where academic excellence is treated not as an aspiration, but as a daily discipline.
